I visited Sakura for lunch today and was impressed by the generous portions and delicious food. Sabrina, our server, provided excellent service, constantly checking on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a satisfying meal and will definitely be returning in the future.

I called in a order for hibachi steak and hibachi chicken, asking for the steak meal to not have mushrooms and both meals have only rice, no noodles. The person on phone said rice only and I said yes no noodles just rice.
Get meals home and found the driest meal I have ever received from a Japanese restaurant. The meal was meat and bone dry rice only.
I called to ask why and the manager said "I asked if you wanted rice only" I said yes to that question because I told you no noodles not dry rice. He proceeded to argue he asked several times, I told him I answered rice because we hate the noodles they serve. He said the mistake was mine he gave me an opportunity to correct him but I didn't do he was in the right!

Stay away from this local chain if you care about the quality of the food and the manager needs to learn English if he wants to answer the phone. Will never order from Sakura's again"¦ I am do done with this place!

Gonna start out by saying the food is decent but the customer service is horrible they are not friendly and very rude to each other will not be going back
