i was really shocked when i picked my pizza up 7/7/23 around 9:30, i usually check my pizza out before i leave, but i bought more then i usually do, and i buy a pizza usually once a week, when i got home and opened the pizza up that i always buy my little girl, it looked like a pizza that someone did not pick up and they gave it to me since it was one that i always order, on 2 pieces of the pizza it was hard and not just a little half of the 2 pieces was hard, was very disappointed, hope the next time this will not happen, since i do buy alot of pizza

You may rely on tourists for your business during the tourist season, but it's the locals that carry you through fall and winter, and you just lost some business. I ordered one large pizza at 5:30 online, paid online and watched the pizza timer until it said it was time to pick it up. I came to the store, got here at 5:55, after the timer said the pizza was done. I checked in online with Pizza Pass (like they have signs everywhere in the building telling you to do), and went to the front to pick my pizza up, like the Pizza Pass tells you to do. I was promptly yelled at by a very rude man, who told me his name was Anthony, and told to go to the back of the line. When I finally got to the front, my order wasn't even ready yet, or so I was told. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes while a very unenthusiastic employee answered phones and took phone orders. Turns out, he overlooked my pizza, which had been sitting there since I got there, and when he handed it to me, I turned to walk out and he said I had forgotten my sauce. At that point, I didn't care and told him to keep it. As I was walking out the door I heard him say to another customer "don't worry about her, she's a piece of work", as if he 1.) knew me and 2.) I didn't have a reason to be upset after the way I had been treated. Also, the fella putting the pizzas in the boxes has a long, shaggy beard but no hair net to keep it out of the food. Gross, rude and slow. The trifecta of poor business management and a precursor to failure. Good luck to you all, you "pieces of work".
