Ate at Ellas in April, food was delicious. Ate their yesterday food was terrible. Too much artificial lemon and pepper, seafood platter tasted sour, no fresh fish taste. Very disappointed. Will go somewhere else.

Eaten at Ella's for years, this year food up to standards we expected. BUT VIRUS STANDARDS FOR RESTURANTS WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. NO PAPER MENU'S, BUS PERSON WITH NO MASK, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 6 FEET DID NOT EXIST. SORRY ELLA'S, YOU FAILED AND KNOW THAT YOU HAVE LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER.

Worse management I have ran into in years
I found Ella's about a month ago. I have already eaten there 7 times, as I liked the selections and seemed to be a reasonable value for their lunch special. However, I called them today, 6/28/20, around 2 o'clock and asked if they were still doing the lunch special. I was told absolutely, unitil 4 o'clock. After driving about 12 miles to get there, I got their at approximately 2:10 and was told that I could not get the special, that it was over at 2:00. I asked to speak to manager and she refused to honor what I was told on the phone. I am sorry, but I will never eat there again unless the owners or someone in authority will reply to this and make this situation right. Amazing-terrible terrible management.

Food very good; menu-on-line way out of date! Pricing much higher than posted here. Drinks $2.29 vs. $1.50; Large seafood platter is $19.99 vs $15.00 Other items proportionately priced. Please ask management there to up-date on-line menu to actual in-restaurant pricing of menu. Wait-server said today; "Oh, the on-line menu prices are old." "Jay"
