Swannanoa may have limited options, but this restaurant offers excellent subs and a welcoming atmosphere. The Persian food is exceptional, especially the stews available on weekends, and the pizzas are a solid choice as well. Overall, the friendly service and reasonable prices make it worth a visit, even if some dishes are slightly underwhelming.

To go order twice of Philly Steak sub all the way with French fries. Fries were good but both times the steak was extremely dry and no taste to it at all. Fries were ok. Used to be a wonderful place to eat but prices are higher and the quality of the food has declined
