Had an amazing dining experience at the Monte Vista Hotel, where the food was terrific and Austin really made it special. The beef tenderloin was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the country fried chicken was moist and tasty, with flavors that stood out. Austin's menu suggestions and warm hospitality added to the memorable evening.
