Arrived 15 minute wait. No problem. Noticed most of booths in bar dirty not tended too server made several trips to occupied booth never once pick up a dirty dish. Was seated 6 dirty tables watched 3-4 bus boys standing around doing nothing. Miren our server was great. Watched her pick up dirty dishes from section. Carried more dishes back than those boys. Finally they came by to clean tables. Slowly they did clean 3 -4 of them. Only wiped down one. Pushed the cart away left other tables unattended. We complimented her on her service and told her. How we appreciated what she did while doing a good job waiting on tables. Don’t know where there was a manager but not doing his job. And those 3 young men should be out of a job. Food was great but same tables still not cleaned up. We would go back for the food however if we walk in and same issue of dirty tables we would leave no idea what kind of shape the kichen or unseen areas are like !! Sunday afternoon. 4-2-23 6 pm. If corporate sees this 704-230-8731 so you know this is legit

Olive Garden Concord NC terrible service .
Had to ask for everything.

1 hour wait to get seated several tables available.
Had no refills unless you got it your self.
Was never asked for wine tasting or
Seconds on soup or salad.
StAy away from this location.
