I personally saw person in kitchen eating food by the handful in the kitchen, taking food from the prep trays and eating it by the handful, and then going back to preparing customer orders without washing hands. I personally saw a filthy yellow plastic box being retrieved from under the place where the iced tea, etc. is self served. It contained cleaning items, which were immediately carried into the restrooms and replaced back under the self serve cupboard when the "chore" was finished. To top it off, Iced tea was being served out of a dirty looking pitcher, not sure if it was sweet or unsweetened. There was one tea server that was regular for most restaurants, and this yucky plastic container for the other.

How does that place get a 100% cleanliness rating??? It is NOT clean by any means. It has had a 100% rating for the almost 17 years I have lived here. I like the food from Burger King, but the unsanitary conditions are very bad. We won't eat there again.
