08/17/2011 - very otraged customer
I was there O4AUG11, & was confronted rudely & viciously by the owners about my gender & my PTSD dog, truly the most gentle creature I ever met. We were first told to go away, then to come in, after the owner called police. We were pointedly isolated as well. After a patron and one owner raised objections about my friend & I being Lesbians, & referring to me as "he", the health dept was called. Then all decided that the health dept has the final say, violating my Civil Rights under the ADA. I filed a complaint w/ the Dept Of Justice in this regard. In the end, three police officers were pointlessly sent to talk to and remove ME, & my friend, not just my dog. The owner went so far as to say it was not my dog's fault! I complied w/ police as they assisted the owners, a mother & daughter, in violating my Civil Rights-rights, ironically, I served to protect. At least the police were polite! A real outrage-vets, disabled, & LGBT beware! Very mean people!
