Went Wednesday evening, got my food and while she checked me out- the one and only person working Sbarro pizza said she was going on cig break, her 5 minute "I'll be back" sign was up for 30 minutes and I needed a refill but hey, she never came back- I think you should always have 2 people working, makes me to not want to come back.
