I looked at the reviews and said yeah I'm not going to try that place. My husband gave them a chance and loved it. He called me and said I gotta eat there and told other people as well. So he had been eating there for the past few weeks. This last time there was an error and he was double changed for one sub and throw away the receipt with the wrapper and everything. He noticed by checking the bank transactions that he over paid and went back for help to get corrected and since he had no receipt was called the n word from someone there. So I won't be going there for sure now. Customers keep a business a flow and without customers there is no business. In the case I would have explained that you always want to double check and make sure everything is right before swiping card or just look at receipt. That way corrections can be made on hand. Then fixed issue for the customer making sure it's a me and them conversation, because it's my job to take care of them. This case I would offer a week free of subs to say I am sorry cause that was so uncalled for and a big hit to restaurant that could use more business.

Grew up on them and used to be HANDS DOWN the best sub in hickory till they changed management. Was disappointed cause i bragged so much to my wife about it being the best.... And was NO where near the same taste it used to be in the 90s and early 2000s....

I think I would rather pay more and goto a facility that follows the sanitary codes. I was in there and it was disgusting and the deli meat smelled rancid. Customer service is horrible. I will never go back.
