I've been a regular at China Express since moving to Matthews, coming from the hustle of NYC. The pandemic hit hard, but upon revisiting post-reopen, I found the wings back to their flavorful glory, the fried rice fluffy, and the hot & sour soup delightfully spicy. The friendly service, generous portions, and consistent quality keep me coming back for more, making China Express a local favorite for me and my family.
