This is a real good place to eat!

Went at lunchtime on a weekday. No one else in the place and it still took 15 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. We both ordered burger and fries. Took 30 minutes more to get our food and it was barely warm when it got to the table. Burger was only so so. Could have gotten much better from Hardees and much faster too. Waitress never came back to refill our drinks. Had to ask for check at register. The entire time we were there we were the only customers. If I could give it no stars I would. Definitely will never go back.

I have eaten here several times. the food DOES take a little time but excuse me people, this is made to order restaurant food not fast food. The sauces are made from scratch and the pizza is cooked in a brick oven. Highly recommend the food. Prices are comparable to other places but quality tops all.

Worst service ever waited over an hour for food will never return. It's also not worth you're money or time just go get fast food you will be better off...

I really wish I could be effusive with praise.
Shortly after their reopening, I came and enjoyed a very tasty (and generous) lamb burger and fries. The food was good, the service good and the atmosphere was good.
So I was looking forward to a return visit.
The next time I came was a rather different story.
It was lunchtime (around 1pm), and when I arrived the restaurant was empty. The waitress was pleasant and friendly, and she dutifully took my order (a cheeseburger and fries). While waiting, another couple came in and were seated. After about 20 minutes, the other couple received their food. I generally don't care about who gets served first. Different orders take different amounts of time. But after another 10 minute wait, I would have expected more from my burger. It wasn't hot. The cheese was only melted on the sides and was literally cool to the touch. The burger itself was obviously heavily mixed with filler. It had an almost spongy texture, and the fries were pre-frozen from a bag. Seriously, Hardees could easily compete against this. The portions were ample enough, but the quality was definitely not there as it had been on my first visit.
I understand when things go awry, and I wouldn't condemn a place for one off meal, but it was very disappointing in comparison to my first visit. While I'll probably go back at some point, I'll do so apprehensively, crossing my fingers that my second visit was an anomaly.

Everything at Happy's was on point. The lasagna, and cheeseburgers are to die for. I hope to try a big fat steak next time! The atmosphere is western, the lighting was bright enough to see the cleanliness.... Yet subtle to dine.
The staff was fast, and friendly. I will be back.
