My family and I had a really enjoyable stay with clean rooms, a great lakeside view, and plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Although check-in took a bit longer than expected, the friendly staff like Bryce and Kiesha made the experience much better, and I appreciated being able to use the Hilton app for a smooth digital key and room selection.
