The service at this place is always, at best, sub par. Tonight was an extremely low point even for them. I was served chicken that was breaded and oven cooked. I let the waitress know that both people in my party with the chicken felt it tasted funny, like there was mold in it. She took it back and brought out a different food I ordered. The manager came out, "apologized" and said he would take care of it.
The only thing he took care of was me not paying for moldy food. There was no comped dinner, no discount, and mostly he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal... Then again, he wasn't eating nasty chicken.
