I usually grab sushi from KO Sushi on my way home from work because the food is fresh, flavorful, and priced fairly, even if sometimes the pickup can take a bit longer than expected. Their rolls are well made without too much rice, the dumplings are tasty, and the staff is friendly, making it a solid choice for quick, satisfying sushi in Uptown Charlotte.
