Chen's in Shelby consistently serves hot, fresh food with friendly and quick service, making it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. The Mongolian Beef is exquisite, but my favorite has to be the pot stickers, which are perfect as either an appetizer or a meal. Although the prices are a bit higher than ideal, the quality and flavors, like the tender sesame chicken and spicy chicken with broccoli, make it well worth it.

Last time I dined at Chen's, they were still offering takeout only. The portion sizes are generous, and the dishes are consistently served piping hot. Chen's is a beloved establishment here in Shelby, known for its top-quality cuisine that never disappoints. I've tried various dishes on their menu and have a couple of favorites. The Mongolian Beef is a standout choice, while the pot stickers are my absolute must-have every visit. The service is always friendly and efficient, and though the prices may be a bit higher, the quality of the food makes it worth every penny. If you're ever near Gardner Webb, be sure to stop by Chen's for a delicious meal that won't disappoint.
