The ribs had a perfect smoky flavor and were incredibly delicious. The food and portion size were both excellent, making it one of the best restaurants in Shelby, NC.

I have eaten pork all over America, and even in Europe. The Flying Pig , by far has the best smoked pork ,beef , and chicken I've encountered! One of North Carolina's best kept secrets, the small home town atmosphere is perfect setting to roll up your sleeves and enjoy their signature dry rubbed ribs. This family owed and operated business is a true BBQ lovers paradise! All of their sauces are unique, and cater to a variety of tastes . I also highly recommend the beef brisket, it falls apart in your mouth, and requires no sauce! And the service is fantastic!
