My husband and I were really hungry, so we stopped at this Andy's. Immediately when I walked in, I should have turned around and walked out. 3/5 tables right near the door had trash on them, and we selected the cleaner of the two booths remaining. Our waitress did not look clean herself. I looked over towards the window and noticed an old dried ketchup stain on the wall. Our ketchup bottle had some unknown fluid on the top that looked like spit. Our table wobbled- their fix was a wad of napkins shoved under the leg. The floor, upon looking at it better, was filthy. My cookie dough twist-rrr arrived, and the cookie dough crumbled like it was old and dried out. Against my better judgement, we ordered and ate. When we went to pay for our order, already thoroughly disgusted, I noticed the floor in the kitchen area was the most disgusting looking floor I have ever seen. Our janitor closet at my job looks better after pouring dirty mop water down the floor drain. Everything in the kitchen area was covered in grime. My husband saw a used latex glove on the floor back there. The kick boards on the wall by the bar stools were scuffed and dirty. The windows were mostly smudgy. There was *1* other customer in there when we arrived. There was no excuse for not cleaning. It then took more than 5 minutes to ring up our 2 sandwiches and twist-rrs because the waitress didn't know what she was doing. We called their corporate office on the way home, only to get an answering machine. It's been about 2.5 hours with no response. I called again and got the answering machine again. My husband is currently laid up on my couch sick to his stomach. I plan to call the health department. No amount of free coupons or promises will ever convince me to return to this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
