Love the Beef and Pork Bulgoki!!! Very good and spicy dishes great customer service I got really fast service and they were very nice to me (: The kimchi was also very good that I got with the dish on the side. I really like Korean food anyhow. and I love spicy food as well. Thanks Dragon house for getting my food so fast for carry out(:

A friend recently ordered take out and when she when to tear apart a piece of chicken she found maggots inside! Do not order from this place! Beware! So disgusting! She had a picture of it and it turned my stomach!

It is definitely the best chinese food in Fayetteville and the most food for your money. The sanitation grade is consistently great and the people are always friendly.

The food is very good, and the waitresses are courteous. I've eaten there many times, and consider The Dragon House the best Chinese Restaurant in town.
I highly recommend it, and will continue enjoying the food there.

We are so very disappointed with the owners of Dragon House!
My husband and I have been very loyal customers since they opened. The waitress knows that I like extra sugar with my sweet tea and brings it without being asked; that’s how often we dine there.
Last week a friend and myself went there for lunch. After we got our soup, the waitress bought out our entrées. As we began to eat our lunch, I picked up my spoon, which was lying in my plate, only to see a (LIVE ROACH) crawling from my plate onto the spoon. I called the waitress over to the table and was careful not to alarm any of the other customers that were there. I showed her the roach and she walked away and went into the kitchen. She never came back, so a few minutes later I got up and walked over to the counter. She then came out of the kitchen and said, “I told him what happened and he said, your lunch was $19.00, “JUST GIVE US $10.00”. I was floored! I could not believe that I was being asked to pay for any portion of a lunch that we had just begun to eat, coupled with the horrible visual of a “ROACH” crawling in my plate, that we both had just experienced. Nevertheless, I paid the $10.00 and left. NEVER TO RETURN!
I have never been in a situation where I as the customer I was made to feel like I had absolutely no value at all. In this case, the owner let me know without a doubt, that “MONEY” was much more important that retaining a loyal customer.
In closing, I have to thank the owners of Dragon House for the $10.00 lesson that has proved to be “PRICELESS” to me! You have given me the most definitive example of “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE” I promise to never forget it!
