During my time in Kills Devil Hills, I enjoyed several meals at Lucky 12 Tavern, where the festive holiday decorations and creative cocktails made each visit memorable. From the fresh scallops and shrimp to the flavorful veggie Philly and outstanding service, every experience felt warm, lively, and satisfying.

Ordered the baked shrimp and scallops for $26.00. There were 4 very small shrimp and 4 small scallops. The 2 very small side salads were an additional $3.50 each. The salads were only lettuce. The total was $33.00 for hardly any food. This was a very disappointing meal for my husband! We got pizza after we left because the meal was not filling and tasted like it was directly out of a freezer. I spoke to the manager but he said seafood is expensive. Don't go there if you are hungry and want fresh seafood. I could have gotten the seafood from the frozen food department at the grocery store.
