Amberlynn at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we were comfortably accommodated, which made a big difference in our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff genuinely friendly, with convenient amenities like electric vehicle charging and easy beach access enhancing the experience. Although the indoor pool temperature was cooler than expected and a few maintenance issues arose, the overall atmosphere, great location, and attentive service left a positive impression that would bring me back.

The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring our needs were met with a high level of service. The location was ideal, with a clean beach area and friendly staff making our stay enjoyable overall. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited Tiki Bar hours, the positive aspects of the experience, including the helpful staff and great amenities, make this hotel a worthwhile choice for future visits.
