The atmosphere here is warm and inviting, with friendly servers who treat you like family and a diverse crowd that enjoys genuine face-to-face conversations. The extensive menu offers hearty Southern classics like chicken livers, Brunswick stew, and a variety of BBQ styles, all served in generous portions that bring back nostalgic flavors. Though the interior has a vintage feel and only cash is accepted, the delicious food, friendly service, and welcoming vibe make every visit worthwhile.

The food was outstanding. I love country cooking and this was the best. The serving sizes were huge too. I got the cajun fried catfish and it was the best I have ever had. I got a take out of fried pork chops and they were tender and juicy. The turnip greens were just like my mama made them as were the pickled beets. The service was great with friendly servers. This is a place I will visit often.
