My daughter has had a tough time with food reactions, leading us to adopt a mostly vegan diet. For her 16th birthday, we decided to order a vegan vanilla cake with strawberry filling, and it turned out to be the best cake we've ever had-so moist and delicious that even skeptical guests were impressed once they tried it.
