The Absolute Worst Experience I've EVER HAD. First and foremost, I want to preface this whole review by saying, I've NEVER taken the time to write a bad review of any establishment. We went there this Memorial Day weekend and specifically choose this place because the parking lot was almost bare (should have told us something) . We had a party of 4 and after waiting for over 90 minutes, 3 of the 4 orders finally came out. The waitress told us the 4th order would be out in a couple of minutes. After waiting about 15 more minutes, I went to the bar to check on the order as our waitress was MIA. The bartender went to check and said it would just be a couple of more minutes. After another 15 minutes went by and the waitress finally graced us with her presence only to say it would just be a few more minutes. The 3 orders that had come out 1/2 hour earlier were already consumed at this point. We cancelled the 4th order and asked for the manager. An older women came up to our table, which I don't know her name as she didn't introduce herself. She rudely stated that her waitress asked for her to speak to us. She allowed us maybe 1/2 minute to inform her of our wait before she rudely interrupted, almost shouting, "This is Memorial Day Weekend. Can't you see we are swamped?" They had a 10 top and 2 four tops in the whole restaurant. After asking for the owners contact info., the rude woman stated, "As a matter of fact I am the owner". She proceeded to rant about not comping our bill (not one member of our party mentioned that), asking we pay our bill and leave, telling us we are not welcome back. We paid our bill and left. Our party consisted of 4 mature adults who were very polite to the waitstaff. The straw that broke the camels back was the "owner". I waited tables for MANY years in my young adult life and I respect that industry. Restaurants that fail have poor management and ownership. I will be very shocked if this restaurant is still in business 1 year from now. My advice, do not go here! Stay far, far away!…
