I visited the Tyler #980. Gave my order in lane A at 5:33 PM (ticket 4376, #1 meal, mayo, cheese and diet coke). Took until 5:40 PM to pay, then received my food at 5:48 PM. I entered the Troup Hwy reaching for a french fry and they were stone cold. Then as I was driving home, I unwrapped my burger and it to was stone cold also. I am so disappointed. This type of service is what drives consumers to other establishments. In addition, the person handing me my food acted as if I was an inconveniencing her. I have other choices and it is going to be a long time for me to go back.
