Great food

We had lunch after church today, on the patio. Our waitress knocked over a glass of tea, spilling it into 2 pocketbooks, and was terminally slow in retrieving a towel to clean up the mess. There was great confusion amongst the servers as to who ordered what, and the "hot" food was at best only room temperature. The waitress refilled our iced teas with warm tea, without the benefit of ice, thereby melting what little ice was left in our glasses (which didn't have much to start with). The philosophy seems to be: if you put a lot of liquid in the glass to start with, you won;t have to refill it as often. If there is new management, it's off to a bad start. If it's old management, you're losing customers.
