Ordered a chilled chicken strip tray at 9:00 Saturday morning to be picked up between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. When we arrived it was not ready. Waited 45 minutes and the try had just been cooked and was not chilled. Asked to talk with manager and three different people told us they were the manager. What a mess. Then told the problem was, " this is Saturday " bad management.
