I'm sorry your salads aren't up to par, but I can't imagine anyone coming here for anything other than your exquisite sushi, soups and everything else! I wish that horrible review was taken down and that person would make their salads at home! I, personally would eat sushi here every day of my life if it was a reasonable thing to do. My family will be seeing you soon!

Rehearsal Dinner perfection! Wedding at Separk Mansion and not a lot of nearby eateries to choose from. Thank goodness we decided on Lotus.
Easy to work with, delicious food. What more could you need? Vance and the staff were great!

Had lunch today.....ordered 2 Caesar Salads with Chicken.....truly tasteless dressing, microwave warmed chicken breast..also tasteless.....The only thing that had ANY taste were the two little crackers. Normally I never add salt and pepper..but I had to today. Also, for the price, you could have added a bit more lettuce...... how much can it cost to give a nice big cold salad?
Have been for dinner and food is much better. Will NOT be back for lunch. This is the second time I have been disappointed in your salads...what could be easier than a salad?!?!?!

If a restaurant can't make a decent salad......why bother.......
