The food at Roma Italian Restaurant is usually delicious, but unfortunately, we received a subpar pizza last week that was inedible due to being old and hard. Despite this one issue, the employees were very nice and the customer service was exceptional. I plan to return to Roma Italian Restaurant in the future, but will make sure to thoroughly check my order before leaving to ensure the quality is up to par.

I never complained about this place until now, I went in here after church on a Sunday, I order a personal pepperoni pizza and a side salad, I got my pizza but I never got my salad, and when went up to the register to pay my bill. It still had down I got a personal pizza and a side salad, and I had to tell the cashier I never got my salad and they took it off for me. I feel somebody I the back wasn't concentrating on the orders , I'm willing to give it another try, because I never had to complain about this place until now. The rest of the other day I been in here, it was excellent I'll will just make sure for now on I'll ask them do will I get the rest of my ordersoon.
