Mgr. Ann Crews is amazing at the Oxford, NC location. She is always friendly and professional. On this day, I complained to her about a Domino's store in Henderson, NC. They had repeatedly hung up on me, without ever connecting me to a live person to be serviced. They closed early and had several people in the parking lot upset about not answering the phone or being able to be service face to face. After this horrific experience, she apologized on their behalf's. I left feeling as though as I was heard and valued.
