The large appetizer platter, gyro, Greek fries, chicken soup, and baklava we tried were all delicious. Growing up in a vibrant Greek community, I've had my share of Greek cuisine, and this restaurant ranks among the best I've experienced. While the meatballs were a bit underwhelming, the standout dishes like the gyro and baklava made for an unforgettable meal, complemented by attentive service and a cozy ambiance.

During my recent visit to a cozy Greek restaurant, I indulged in a large appetizer platter, gyro, Greek fries, chicken soup, and baklava. Growing up in a vibrant Greek community, I've experienced many Greek dishes, but the flavors here truly stood out, especially the gyro with its unique herb dusting and the exceptional baklava infused with cinnamon and cloves. Although the atmosphere could use some updates, the attentive service and delicious food left a lasting impression, making me eager to return.

Tried The Acropolis for breakfast/brunch last Saturday and it was great! I had the Greek omelet (feta, spinach, tomatoes and olives), one of my friends had a waffle and the other had the Shrimp and Grits. All good. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive I used to work downtown and would get my 'Greek fix' there regularly at lunch or for an early dinner. The family that runs the restaurant is nice and they make you feel welcome. You can definitely tell they make their own sauces and the food is fresh and homemade. It was a nice change from the 'usual' breakfast places. I will definitely be going back soon!

My friends and I had a middle of the week lunch and it could not have been better. Great food, wonderful service and baklava (surely I spelled that wrong). Prices are reasonable as well.

Great food. The veggies are wonderful. The soups and salads are good. Give it a try.
