I finally had the chance to visit a long-standing establishment in Brightwood that I had been wanting to explore for years. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the owner, Paul Treadway, who shared fascinating stories about the place's history and even showed me the booth where Elvis once sat. Despite the unexpected closure during my visit, I left with a sense of admiration for the charm and character of the place, looking forward to a potential return in the future.

This is a throwback in time. I'm glad to say that I've eaten there since the 60s and Paul Treadway always dishes up the best burgers, fries and drinks. Don't miss this piece of history. Also the story of Elvis is 100% true I grew up just down the road and remember the moment well.
