In the past 6 months, we have dined here or had take out with no issues. Tonight was a total disappointment. No one was working at the reception desk and we had to wait several minutes for someone to seat us. The restaurant wasn't even half full, so not sure what the wait staff was doing.
When the waiter brought my salad, I asked if I could get silverware and a napkin. I was told they didn't have any wrapped up and no knives. So was I supposed to use my fingers? He did go wrap up a fork in a napkin.
When the food arrived, the lasagne was luke warm, my daughters salad had grilled chicken that was tough and the chicken fingers my granddaugters had were not even warm. I should have sent the entire meal back.
I hate that this happened because we live close by and it's convenient. Has there been a change in management or do they just don't care anymore?
