We made reservations in March 2010 for our mother's birthday. We arrived about ten minutes late and called from the parking lot to ensure we could still get our table and was told "yes". Once inside we were told by a rude, stressed out man (which later we found out was the manager) that our table had been given away. We explained to him that we called from the parking lot and it was our mom's birthday, he never bothered to apologize for the miscommunication nor did he seem to care at all. We got our table in about an hour while waiting with several guests with balloons and gifts. I will never dine here again much less recommend it to anyone. I only hope they get a new manager who is able to handle the stress of a busy night without being rude. Thanks Fire & Sticks but not thanks!
