I tried the wings at Minj for the first time this weekend and they were truly delicious! The special sauce had the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors, and the wings were cooked to perfection. The only downside was seeing the kitchen staff outside smoking in their aprons and handling food in a way that seemed unsanitary.
