My family and I celebrated my 66th birthday last week at your restaurant. I could go anywhere I chose so I chose Red Lobster because of my love of lobster and not being there for 30+ years. Even though it was so expensive, $40.00 or so, I thought it was worth it due to all your commercials showing it. I was shocked when it was brought to our table. It was like a hand sized piece of shell with maybe a tablespoon of grilled lobster, definitely not worth the price. I'm still mad at myself for accepting it, but I didn't want to cause a scene. But I still am angry about it. What a waste of money. Unless you can make good on it, I definitely won't be going to Red Lobster again and I will inform all my friends and family about the rip off I feel like I had received. Ms. Sherrill Meldau P.S. Shame on you.

I lunched at your restaurant recently on Wendover Ave in Greensboro,nc. The lobster was soooooooo disappointing. I paid $37 for lobster and it looked like a fish skin with less than a tbs. of lobster. I could NOT believe this was what I was paying for. I am more than disappointed and feel your company owes me something. I questioned this with my waitress and am still feeling cheated. Please acknowledge this and bring this to my attention. I'm so deeply disappointed with the pitiful amount of lobster I received for so much money that I paid. I just can't let it go. It haunts me and I doubt I'll ever trust you again. I want to put this behind me but it's gonna take some type of retribution from your restaurant to put this behind me. What can you do to make me feel better? I recently ordered lobster at your restaurant and it was so disappointing. It looked like a dried out fish skin with about 1 tsp. lobster on the sides. For $37 I could not believe it. I expressed my`disappointment to my server and doubt I'll ever eat at your restaurant again. What an extreme disappointment.
