The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was inviting, making it a pleasure to dine there. I particularly enjoyed the jalapeño burger and homemade ice cream, and the staff demonstrated remarkable integrity by securely mailing back my forgotten credit card.

The food at Columbine in Mancos, CO is fantastic, especially their jalapeño burger - it's the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and I even met a nice guy named Pedro. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a meal after exploring the nearby National Parks.
