What seems to be the problem with the Waffle House on sugarloaf rd? Do they make their hours as they go. Pull up yesterday evening right before 7:30 pm & the employees are outside smoking stating they are closed as I look inside they have a full restaurant full of dirty tables & 2 employees outside dtinking & smoking. This Waffle House ha really gone down since vivid. You can call on the phone & it states it’s open but this is the type of service when you get there. And when are you going to get clean ppl in there to serve ppl that aren’t covered up with piercings & tattoos crawling out from under from under their clothes. She has short hair & always acts as she’s stoned out of her mind. This bc is suppose to be a clean atmosphere but man has this place went down. There’s never updates & the jukebox is glaring & the loud dishes been process for the dishwasher with momma ending clients so how do you think this comes across? And a lot of locals & out of t owners eat here but ask where else is there to go. You need to get rid of the nasty looking waitress & get clean ladies in there to host people. I use to work at this place & being clean with uniforms iron & hair up went along way. And the cook needs to be more attentive to fixing the order than complaining.
