Tried to order online at 5:30pm. Order would be ready by 5:55pm. Walked into the store at 6:05pm. Order had not been made yet. Had ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich with cheese (not toasted). Not a problem. I understand, things happen. Sandwich was made quickly and sloppy. When I got home to eat, the chicken had not been heated. I tried to eat it cold. However, it was watery. I had to take the sandwich apart to heat the chicken in the microwave. The mustard was left off. The bread got soggy from the watery cold chicken, and too much mayonnaise. I will not order ahead of time anymore. Plus, it may be awhile before I return to the Murfreesboro, NC Subway. On a positive note, the cookies were delicious!
