The food here is fantastic, and the staff is dedicated to providing a great experience. The steak and cheese sandwich is the best in town, and the salads are fresh and delicious, making every visit worthwhile. I'm a huge fan of the Reuben and turkey and cheese on sweet wheat rolls, which remind me of Outback Steakhouse - I could enjoy them every day!

I know you're short staff but your workers are rude don't know how to address customers. And another thing they look nasty no masks and no hair nets

Today I had lunch with a friend at the substation II and I was very upset with the building standards of this location. Water was dripping on me at the cash register at the food counter and even where I was sitting. So I went to use the bathroom and the door does not lock so there is no privacy. wait it gets worse there is a leak over the toilet in the bathroom (WOW) it is high time they had some renovations done at this site it really brings the substation name down.

I use to eat up there 2-3 times per week. But now they have new people that so SLOW. When you call food in you expect it to be ready when you get there... NO. And they are rude. Save your money & your time.

There is new friendly staff at substation now. The 2 rude girls in night shift is gone now.. They were so rude. Now this place is more friendly with smiles an greets. Employees make it a better enjoyable place to eat an the new SPAGHETTI is really good.

Substation is awesome. Best salads an cheese steaks in town. Staff is friendly. An every time I'm in there they are always wiping down work area an are really clean. I would recommend substation for anyone. Yummy

People are saying their food is awesome...I have a friend that used to work there...if you knew what they do to their food...you would never go back! Expensive and Nasty!

The subs are awesome! The bread soft from the inside and a crunchy on the out side, meat sliced fresh, a little pricey, but WELL worth it. Not like Subway at all- cheap, with no taste. Subway 'eat fresh' ... Don't make me laugh. It doesn't get more fresh than deli sliced meat!
