Ate there tonight and we frequently eat there once a week. Plenty of staff who were not attentive to customers coming in. We actually saw a couple come in and set for about 15 minutes with no waitstaff addressing them. Needless to say they got up and left. Mine you we saw 3 waiters in the facility only 3 tablets with customer already being served or eating. My husband got a vegetable plate that was Luke warm at best and the pinto beans tasted like they were scorched . My meal and sons meal was good! When I went to front desk to pay the cashier was setting in corner on her cell phone texting. I had to call her to come to desk to take my money. This lady also should have seen the couple that left without being served . Staff not attentive to customers needs. This place is going south quickly.

Best food! Everything tasted like a perfect home cooked meal. Portions are nice and prices are even better!

Inedible. Had liver for for lunch. Every piece you cut
into was full of veins, vegetables were cold and greens tasted like it was out of a can.

If you would up date your on line menu it would help the business. The Menu we see is years old on pricing and the web lets us know, so how about an up-date on pricing.

Food was terrible, greasy, sorry service. Overcharged on the bill.

Went in for breakfast today and it was amazing! The coffee was perfect and the service was wonderful. Got my food fast and would go here again!

Been going there for over 10 years, every Thursday, ( my nite out ) the owners Mike and Karin are wonderful people and will make sure everything is to your liking, if not tell them and anything they can do to satisfy you they will do everything possible to have a happy visit. Southern home cooking is their specility.
Paintings are also a part of their class since I painted some. ENJOY

My husband love this restaurant! So quaint, clean, good food, and everything is clean. The servers are so nice and friendly and always cheerful. Love the decor and the flowers outside. Really enjoy this place as weekenders at Lake Norman.

Canned good and gravy here at it's very worst! Dangerous place to eat!!!!! Stay far away from this place . Old food served as fresh .
