The service is generally friendly and efficient, although the evening staff can sometimes be distracted by their phones, while the morning shift appears busier and more attentive. Although the building is older and could benefit from some updates, the restaurant is kept clean, and the overall experience is positive, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the fast preparation.

I've been getting takeout for lunch here a couple of times recently, and the food is always fresh with the option of a small bowl. Prices have gone up over the years like most places, but the crew is friendly and helpful despite being on their phones often in the evenings. The morning shift seems busier, and the food, especially the queso, is consistently good and fresh. The building could use a facelift, but it's kept clean and tidy when not too busy. It's not authentic Mexican, but it's a good choice for fast food, similar to a Mexican version of Subway. The service is quick, and the food, like the pulled pork with black beans and cheese, is delicious. Overall, SalsaRitas is my go-to spot for a build-your-own burrito bowl, providing the perfect portion size for a satisfying meal. I used to frequent the Huntersville location but was pleasantly surprised by the Mooresville one, with its friendly service, fresh food, and clean environment. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to.
