The cashier is exceptionally friendly and sociable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The grill offers a fantastic variety of food, with daily specials that keep the menu exciting. The recent remodel has enhanced the ambiance, attracting more customers while the speedy service and delicious ice cream evoke nostalgic memories of childhood meals at my grandmother's house.

The food is great, but the customer service side of the store is where the rating came in. The grill side needs a phone so you can call and ask about that side. I called the store and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and the guy never came back. I could hear him checking out customers. I just wanted to ask a simple question. Called back several times after that and never got a response.
