The Flame is a beloved steakhouse in my hometown where I grew up before moving away for many years. Despite changes over the decades, The Flame maintains the same charm and delicious food created by Pokey. While the limited operating hours and absence of the once-impressive salad bar are drawbacks, the overall experience at The Flame is still unmatched by competitors in town. It remains a favorite spot for a special date night with its unique atmosphere and superb service.
