LA Dolce offers fresh, authentic Italian food with a standout thin-crust pizza that rivals any chain, paired with friendly and polite staff who provide attentive service despite occasional slowdowns. While the atmosphere is clean and charming with a unique historic vibe, it can be quite noisy, and the menu is somewhat limited with no sides included, so come prepared to enjoy the pizza and desserts above all else.

I found the ambience of the establishment was what I expected; however, the reception of the staff was not welcoming. I told my waitress that was a first time patron and asked how I would go about building my pizza. She was helpful. I ended having a thin crust pie with was slightly burned. I never order a thin crust. She never came to check on me or if I needed a refill on my drink. She did check often on the table behind me. I don't want to say it was racial but I was the only person of color in the restaurant. I didn't express my displeasure as I ordinarily would have done. I wanted the experience of a new eatery in a new city in my native North Carolina. I regret that for me, this was not representative of restaurants I have visited in my travels.

Wow!

I visited this place on a business trip.

Great food and great value. I had the La Roma.

We need one of these places in Indianapolis.
