The store has a variety of products with really helpful employees, but the two star is geared towards the floral shop wherein I have experienced the WORST customer service ever. Maybe I just came at a stressful time but I don't think I can shop at their floral shop ever again.

I shall address service first. Kelly's leadership & genuine caring about superb customer service is reflected in the very low turnover with employees. There are women who have worked there for decades. I am going to single out three: Monika, Roxanne & Shelly (sob, who moved to the new Gig Harbor Store. These three manage to be efficient and highly knowledgeable about the store products but also they remember not only me but my two grandchildren. When my brother, a loyal customer, died Monika was incredibly kind and thoughtful. This store rocks!!!
