I've been to Bantam Chef a few times and found the food to be very good for the price - definitely worth a visit. The livermush was a unique and tasty choice, with a slight crust and great flavor. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it a top spot for a satisfying meal in Marion.

I went through the drive through placed my order around 5 yesterday evening I only live like 7 minutes away ordered my food waited got my food got home took my shoes off sit down to eat sling with my 2 year old granddaughter our food was disgusting the fries were cold like they cooked them ahead of time and just threw them in the to go box the hot dog all the way was cold chilli was watery no taste like it was watery the hamburger also was cold like they cooked it ahead of time threw it on the bun we threw it all away never again will we go there

We drove to Marion for a hike today, and stopped to eat there for lunch. Friendly, fast service with a wonderful gyro sandwich!

HB (best hb in Marion after trying a # of hb elsewhere) onion rings (best after trying a # elsewhere) livermush/egg sandwich egg omelet meal all delicious & best!

I have ate here several times and I have always got good food and customer service while there. I think they have some of the best hamburgers in town. the owner is very involved with community events and non profit organizations he really tries giving back to the community. I would invite any one who has never tried the food here to stop by and give it a try.

My husband and I have ate at this restaurant for now going on 20 years. And we haven't had any complaints about the service or food until the last 2 years. (2017-2018). The service has become rude the orders are almost always wrong. The food under cooked, or burnt. When you speak to someone about your issue with the food, I have been called a liar. And told the food was not the way I said it was. When I have asked to speak to the owner I have been told he is not there or they have hung the phone up on me. This used to be the place I recommended to everyone who asked where to get a great bite to eat in Marion. But now I don't even mention the name at all. It's a Shame that such a wonderful place to eat has been turned into just like all the others. The food is not cooked with any care on how it's gonna taste.
