Great food and service. My daughter and myself try to make it there once a week and now my granddaughter loves this place as much as her mother and I do!! Love the sirloin tips!!!

07/04/2021 - Great memories of delicious mountain-style breakfast!
Having grown up in Eastern NC, I would travel to the mountains twice a year with my parents to visit family friends in Bakersville. From the early 60’s, we always looked forward to stopping here for breakfast! It was a traditional mountain breakfast of country ham, red-eye gravy, grits, eggs, and bisquits- always delicious and always a treat to which we looked forward. As a newly-wed in 1979, I introduced my husband to breakfast here snd later on, our children.Just seeing that sign with the autumn leaves brings back such wonderful memories of my parents! I loved the little individual juke boxes at every table! I hope they’ve never changed this restaurant. I plan to return soon!

Great food at very reasonable prices. Takes one back in time with the drive up speaker system and the pick up the phone system in the dining room to place your order.

The Harvest is a great place to eat and its been around 30+ years! Prob the best sirloin tips i've ever had! Home made ranch dressing! It may be the best place to eat in marion nc. Not all of us are married or have someone who can cook for us.. If your hungry looking for a good quick home cooked meal this the place to go. Everytime ive called any order for pickup in its ready in 10 min or less unless.

Always heard the Harvest was good. Sorry but it was not the best. Portions was very small and the price was very high. Not impressed at all.

Been going here since the 70's when I'm in town. My mother grew up here and it is a must. No frills, just tasty southern pork sandwiches with cold slaw I love. I guess it is nostalgic with the booth intercom to the kitchen etc. Haven't been there in 15 yrs but heading there during xmas 17. Going to hit it up again!
