Year after year we have enjoyed the Breezeway on Topsail Island. The food is awesome and the view is nice.... spectacular on the water at sunset!

Flounder was good. The shrimp and grits needed a better effort by the chef and the pieces of sausage needed to be diced. Was like the spices and other ingredients weren't there.

Would go back for the flounder or steaks. .would go somewhere else for shrimp and grits.

We enjoyed the Flounder, Oysters and Shrimp all prepared to perfection !! I normally don't eat French fries but in 60 years of enjoying french fries.... Seriously, never had any anywhere as perfect Crispy on the outside and perfect taste and fluffy inside.

I have enjoyed Key Lime Pie from many fine Seafood and other restaurants but the slice we enjoyed here at the Breezeway was beyond heavenly !!!! Creamy smoothe and perfect tartness with whipped cream on the side and a slice of Lime on top to drizzle over the pie.... 😁😃😃😃😃. The Graham crust was unspeakably awesome !! Please come to this place. You will smile as you leave !! Beautiful views of the water to boot !!

The food is good but they could care less about your COVID-19 safety. The restaurant is seated way more than 50% and 6 ft spacing is not maintained. The manager behind the cash register wears no mask. I asked him why he was putting his customers at risk and violating CDC recommendations and State of NC ordinances, and he said because he did not want to wear a mask. This place is interested in your money and does not give a dang whether you get COVID-19. Gross disregard for State of NC ordinances and CDC recommendations. Undefendable.
