The bread and butter roll here melts in your mouth with fresh, delicious ingredients, and the sushi is easily the best in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area. The staff, especially Joey, always provide attentive and friendly service, making every visit a great experience whether dining in or grabbing takeout.

The bread and butter roll at Akai Hana is a must-try. The sushi is fresh and delicious, making it one of my favorite spots in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is great. I always look forward to my next visit.
